Josh McCall was born and raised in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Spending many of his summer months in Holden Beach, Josh gained a great appreciation for the NC coast. After high school, Josh moved to the coast and attended UNC-Wilmington, graduating in 2004. Attaining a BA in Geography Josh decided to continue his quest for knowledge and acquired his NC Brokers license. Moving to Holden Beach in 2005, Josh began his real estate career with Coastal Communities in Southport. In August 2007, he began work with Resort Brokerage & Consulting, Inc. specializing in single and multi-family residential real estate.
