Since that time he has been operating as President and  Broker-In-Charge of his firm.  He is a partner in Resort Homes, LLC (a development company) and The Resort Group, LLC (a development company).

Larry, born in Rockingham, is a native to North Carolina.  He attended UNC-Chapel Hill and completed undergrad in ’74.  He then attended the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry (Class of ’78).  Larry returned to Rockingham to open a private dental practice.  He practiced there from 1978-1985 when he sold his practice and moved to the coast.  He began a new dental practice in Calabash, NC and lived in Sunset Beach with wife, Cherri and three sons, Clifton, Grayson and Baxter.  In 2000, Larry retired from the dentistry profession. With an investor background,and personal real estate investments, real estate seemed only natural.  Larry formed Resort Brokerage & Consulting, Inc. that same year.  Since that time he has been operating as President and  Broker-In-Charge of his firm.  Larry is well versed in all facets of residential and commercial real estate.
